If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. English Proficiency Certificates

Applicants for programs taught in English must provide copies of their IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo English Test scores. IELTS scores should be above 6.0, TOEFL scores should be above 80, or Duolingo scores should be above 100.

*2. Valid non-criminal Record

Applicants without a non-criminal record certificate may submit proof of good conduct during their time in university (only for current university students).

*3. Passport photo

A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant

Passport cover and a scanned copy of the passport photo page (valid more than 6 months at registration). Applicants with previous experiences in China should provide scans of all documents related to Chinese visas and residence permits.

*5. Original or Notarized Degree Certificates

Original or notarized copies of all degree certificates starting from the undergraduate level. Current graduates should provide a pre-graduation certificate issued by their universities. The original degree certificates must be submitted upon registration.

*6. Original or Notarized Transcripts

Transcripts for all courses taken starting from the undergraduate level.
Academic transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

*7. CV

Include a chronological list of educational experiences from the undergraduate level onward. Applicants with previous educational experiences in China should include all study experiences.

*8. Foreigner Physical Examination Form

Applicants must undergo a medical examination following the items listed in the form. The examination results are valid for 6 months.

*10. Supervisor Acceptance letter

If you haven't got any supervisor acceptance letter from our university's professors yet, please download the declaration letter template here, fill it, print it, sign it, and upload a scanned copy.

*11. Financial Statement within 6 months

Either the family deposit certificate, property certificate or parent/guardian income certificate with a recommended minimum value of $5,000 USD or equivalent.

*12. Two Recommendation Letters

Either Chinese or English and signed by associate professors or professors in a relevant field.

*13. Study Plan

At least 800 words, include details about applicants' educational and work background, academic achievements, research plans, and personal development goals.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
