If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. English Proficiency Certificates

Applicants from non-English speaking countries should provide IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo or other English Test scores. IELTS scores should be above 5.5, TOEFL scores should be above 80, Duolingo scores should be above 100?EF SET should be above 70.

*2. Non-criminal Record within 3 months

Applicants without a criminal record certificate may submit proof of good conduct during their time in university (only for current university students).

A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant

A scanned copy of the passport's main page (valid until after March 31, 2026). Applicants with previous experience in China should provide scans of all documents related to Chinese visas and residence permits.

*5. Original or Notarized Degree Certificates

Original or notarized copies of all degree certificates starting from the undergraduate level. Current graduates should provide a pre-graduation certificate issued by their universities (graduation date should be before February 28, 2025). The original degree certificates must be submitted upon registration.

*6. Original or Notarized Transcripts

Transcripts for all courses taken starting from the undergraduate level.
Academic transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

*7. CV

Include a chronological list of educational experiences from the undergraduate level onward. Applicants with previous educational experiences in China should include all study experiences.

*8. Physical Examination Form

-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.
-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.

*11. Financial Statement

Either the family deposit certificate, property certificate or parent/guardian income certificate with a recommended minimum value of $5,000 USD or equivalent.

*12. Two Recommendation Letters

Either Chinese or English and signed by associate professors or professors in a relevant field.

*13. Study Plan

At least 800 words, include details about applicants' educational and work background, academic achievements, research plans, and personal development goals. Ph.D. applicants should also provide a detailed academic research plan.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
